We noticed bugs when this file's Absolute ranges were higher than the CIEL code that supported that line item.

So for now, we are reverting the Absolutes for Pulse, BP-Systolic and BP-Diastolic back to CIEL's Absolute ranges (230, 250, and 150 respectively).

Yesterday CIEL updated to match our desired Absolutes (300, 300, and 200 respectively); however, that version of CIEL is not yet released. So in about a month once that is released, we will need to update this again.

But in the meantime this will protect against the bugs related to Absolute Ranges in this release.
