TRUNK-5126 Remove carrotsearch junit-benchmark
* remove junit-benchmark which is EOL
* remove ConceptServicePT which wasnt run in years and the only class
which depended on junit-benchmark
* remove the mvpconceptdictionary dependency which was only needed by the
ConceptServicePT
* remove maven profile performance-test which was only used for
ConceptServicePT but not run in years
