    OCLOMRS-131 : Remove the Back to Dictionary link (#102)
    “Back to the dictionary,” link functionality can be achieved by clicking the Cancel or the back button.
    It is not relevant at the moment, therefore should be removed.

    Remove 'Link' since its not being used at the moment

    Cancel Button should take you back to the dictionary’s concept screen
