    RAD-299 Show dashboard title and reorganize properties
    in the UI

    * show a dashboard title, so the user knows where he is, since clicking on the
    gutterlist does visually show where on the gutterlist you are
    * add box around patientDashboardRadiologyTab table
    * remove patient column in patientDashboardRadiologyTab since we have a huge
    patient header showing us the patient we are at.
    * restructure message properties for dashboard, gutterlist,
    patientDashboardRadiologyTab
